Accessing the Maintenance Contracts File

1. Select PLANT + MAINTENANCE | MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS.

Micronet displays the Maintenance Contract Selection screen.

2. Select an existing maintenance contract.

If you have more than one screen of contracts, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of maintenance contracts using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort maintenance contracts by ID, description or debtor.

4. Alternatively, escape the Maintenance Contract Selection screen and enter the ID of an existing maintenance contract.

Micronet displays the Maintenance Contract Update screen in Update Mode, with the details of the maintenance contract you selected.
